Form-Scaff is proud of its ability to offer “fit for purpose” equipment timeously to our clients via our fleet of more than 70 trucks.

Maintenance

Continuous maintenance of our equipment is done daily at Branch level according to our well documented “Equipment Inspection Guidelines” which ensures that the equipment we send out is clean, safe and fit for its intended purpose.

Refurbishment

Major repairs and refurbishment is done in our ISO 9001 rated factory based at our National Distribution Centre in Boksburg.

Here we use the latest technology equipment for cleaning, repairing and testing to ensure that all products conforms to the minimum internal - and all relevant external standards.

Incoming equipment goes through a rigorous process of:

• Cleaning (either by ultra-high pressure water or shotblasting)
• Inspection
• Repairing  (Could include welding, part replacing, plywood etc)
• Painting
• Palletising / Stacking

Testing

Form-Scaff continuously tests and marks load-critical components such as Jacks in every Branch and at the National Distribution Centre ensuring that these components can handle the published loads.
