Form-Scaff offers a free of charge software program called the Equipment Manager that enables our customers to actively track and trace all products coming on and off site over the duration of the project.

The program – available either as a download from our website or on disk from your nearest Branch – is installed onto the computer of the responsible Site Clerk.

The program requires a “Licence Key” – this is issued to all active Form-Scaff customers who whishes to use the program to manage the equipment rented from us.

Using the program enables any site to check their stock levels at an time, cross check quantities against Form-Scaff Invoices, print Site transfer documents – all to drastically minimize the ever dreaded "Sale by Loss“ at the end of each contract.
