Trough Slabs or single span Waffled Slabs are formed when Glass Fibre Trough units are placed on top of the Kwik-Strip system.  Trough Slabs of up to 0.75m thick can be easily supported and cost-effectively formed using the high quality Glass Fibre Troughs. 

Trough Slabs are often used in lieu of flat slabs with down stand beams.
